With Republicans holding the majority, Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA) will serve as Chair, while Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) serves as Ranking Member. This session includes five new Republican members and three new Democratic members, making nearly 40% of the Committee’s membership new to HELP.
